Cancellations & Refunds Policy
Ayurooms is a booking platform and online travel agency.
We do not own or manage any resorts. Each resort listed on our website is independently owned and operated and determines its own cancellation and refund policy.
Here below are the general cancellation policies of Ayurooms:
1. Full payment is required at the time of making a reservation.
2. Your booking is usually refundable up to 30 days prior to your original check-in date. However, this timeframe may vary resort to resort and even season to season. The precise cancellation policy for the particular package that you select or purchase will be clearly mentioned.
3. Within 30 days of your original check-in date, your booking is non-refundable but date changes may be possible, subject to the resort’s discretion and policies.
4. You can “upgrade” your booking at anytime, subject to availability.
5. After you have checked into a resort, you can leave the resort early (i.e. ahead of your scheduled check-out date), but the unused portion of your stay will not be refunded.
7. If you are unhappy with your treatments or the resort in any way, contact Ayurooms. We will intervene on your behalf to try to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
8. If you have made a booking with Ayurooms, we will always do our best to save you time and money should you need to cancel or change your booking. However, in some cases, the resort’s policies will supersede our general policies and refunds may not be possible.
