About the Retreat
You are invited on a personal journey where you are the priority.
From years of personal experience receiving Ayurvedic treatments in India, the facilitators know firsthand the profound and lasting effects Ayurveda has on health and overall well-being. Daily massage and targeted body therapies, combined with Ayurvedic medicines and yoga practices, create deep physical restoration.
Over time, it became clear that Ayurvedic treatments often release deeply held emotional material stored in the body. While Ayurvedic doctors and therapists are highly skilled medically, they are not trained to provide emotional or spiritual support during these releases.
The vision of this retreat is to create a safe, compassionate container where women can fully relax, unwind, and be emotionally and spiritually supported as these processes unfold — allowing participants to receive the full benefit of their Ayurvedic healing journey while gently processing emotional material as it arises.
