Luxury Health Spa

The spa at Niraamaya Retreats is a haven for wellness. It is private, secluded, and quiet, yet accessible and connected to the overall property. There are two in-house Ayurvedic doctors, male and female, who are available from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm for an in-depth health consultation. Panchakarma is available at Niraamaya Retreats but the scope of treatments is somewhat limited. For instance, medicated ememas (basti) and therapeutic vomiting (vamana) are not offered at Niraamaya Retreats. So while it is possible to undergo an Ayurvedic detox at Niraamaya Retreats, the results and the kinds of ailments that can be treated may be limited.
