Travancore Heritage is a premium beach resort with a large Ayurvedic spa and yoga centre. It offers comprehensive treatments for panchakarma (detoxification), rejuvenation, weight loss, and specific health ailments such as back pain. There are two restaurants and two pools. For wellness guests, there is a dedicated Ayurvedic restaurant that serves vegetarian food only. However,  the main restaurant is multi-cuisine and offers great variety: chicken, seafood and red meat in addition to vegetarian food. Wellness guests have the option of dining at either of the two restaurants. Yoga is offered daily. The in-house Ayurvedic doctors at Travancore Heritage are highly experienced and well qualified, and they work closely with Ayurooms to ensure the complete satisfaction of our clients.

We recommend the Beach Grove room over the Heritage Home for two reasons: the rooms are the most modern and comfortable; every room has a balcony with a pool view; and the Beach Grove room is the closest to the beach. 

If budget permits, then we recommend the Premium Cottage which is absolutely the best room in the house with the best view.
