Yoga Schedule
Group yoga classes are held at 7:00 am daily. There are two outdoor yoga platforms, both of which overlook the Arabian Sea. If weather permits, the morning yoga is typically held outdoors. However, if and when it rains, yoga is moved indoors.
Yoga Packages
Ayurooms offers curated yoga packages at Niraamaya Retreats. Our yoga packages typically include both Ayurveda and yoga. However, if you want a "yoga only" package, we would be happy to create one for you.
Private Yoga
In addition to group yoga classes, Ayurooms can arrange private yoga lessons for you with either the in-house yoga teacher or with one of our local yoga masters who lives in close proximity to the resort. Charges would range from $10 per class to $30 per class, depending on the teacher you select.
Meditation Classes
Niraamaya Retreats Surya Samudra provides the perfect ambience to learn and practice meditation. There is nothing more tranquil than sitting by the sea, in perfect stillness, listening to the waves, inhaling the abundant prana (energy) of the ocean. If you require coaching in meditation or any other support, Ayurooms can assist you.
Gym, pool or beach?
One of the benefits of going to Niraamaya Retreats for yoga is that the yoga class are vey small, typically not exceeding three or four people. However, if yoga is not your thing, that's not a problem. Niraamaya Retreats has a decent gym with cardio equipment, free weights and more. You can also enjoy long introspective walks on the beach or chill out in the infinity pool.
