Rockholm does not service alcohol.
Smoking is not permitted on the property.
Between May and September, swimming in the ocean may not be permitted due to high tides and strong currents.
Children below age 12 are not permitted at Rockholm.
There is no gym or fitness centre at Rockholm. If this is important to you, contact Ayurooms for a solution.

Yoga at Rockholm

With a yoga shala that offers unobstructed views of the Arabian Sea, Rockholm is the one of the best beach yoga retreats in Kerala. Every Ayurveda package includes two sessions per day of yoga. There are also "yoga only", which include accommodations and all meals but no Ayurvedic massages or treatments.

The Glorious Beach

Rockholm offers two main advantages over other Ayurvedic resorts in the same class and price range. Firstly, all room categories at Rockholm offer a sea view. Secondly, Rockholm has its own private beach, shared with only other hotel. In addition, there are two more beaches in close proximity: the main Kovalam Beach is a 5-minute walk and Hawa Beach is a 15-minute walk.

Rockholm operates a pure vegetarian Ayurvedic buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is outstanding and one could be tempted to overeat at this retreat. However, If the main purpose of your visit to Rockholm is to lose weight, cure a specific health issue, undergo a proper panchakarma (detoxification), then we highly recommend that you request a personalized Ayurvedic diet, in which case you will be served plated meals prescribed the doctors and which align with your health needs and objectives.
