Our process begins with getting to know you and understanding your needs and expectations. What you share with us is confidential. Once we understand your needs, we’ll recommend two or three resorts that we feel are best for you. We’ll also tell you the pros and cons of each option and answer your questions. Ultimately, where you decide to go is up to you. We handhold you through the entire process of booking a health retreat to planning your flights, visa and transportation.
1. We ascertain your needs.
It all starts with a phone call – a confidential conversation during which one of our wellness specialists can answer your questions and give you more details about the services of Ayurooms and the different health resorts and offerings on our platform. Our next job is to get to know you. We’ll learn what you’re looking for in a potential health resort and wellness experience, what’s worked in the past and – equally important – what hasn’t worked. We’ll ask about your health goals, dietary needs, time availability, and expectations of a great health & wellness vacation. And not to worry, we’ll make it as quick and easy as possible.

2. We outline your best options
We combine our experience and intuition with the information and feedback we’ve gathered from you in our first conversation: what’s important to you, what’s worked, what hasn’t. All of this helps us find you the right resort for you. Our specialists are committed to knowing each client on a personal basis, so that we deliver an experience that will transform your health and vitality. Once we’ve identified the top two or three resorts for you, we’ll send you an email with names and details of the resorts that most fit your needs. We respect your privacy and confidentiality. You will not be contacted by any of our resorts directly unless you wish to be contacted.

3. We have a follow-up conversation to walk through the options.
The only way to foresee if you’re going to like a particular resort is to talk to someone who has been there and who understands you. So we arrange to have a follow-up, no-pressure phone call to talk through the options in our email. Think of us like your personal travel concierge and confidant. We will provide you with no nonsense feedback on what you can expect at each and every resort. And if none of the options that we’ve presented work for you, no problem. We’ll happily send you more options to consider or point you in the right direction. Our goal is always to help you find the best health resort, even if it’s one we don’t offer.

4. We send you additional information and the best pricing, as required.
We know that choosing the right resort and getting the best price are both very important to you. So we research the best options for you; provide you with reliable information on each resort; and make sure that you’re not scammed on the price. For added assurance, we offer a best price guarantee: if you can find the exact same package we’ve given you for a better price online, we’ll meet or beat the price. We are committed to working within your budget and helping you get the best value for money and the best health care. You will never overpay with us.

5. Once you have decided where to go, we block the room for you.
If you’re ready to make plans to visit Ayurooms – or if you even think you’ve fallen in love with one of our resorts – GREAT! We’ll go ahead and block the room for you, while you look into getting time off work and booking a flight. If you need help with flights, no problem. We got your back!

6. We help you plan your journey, from start to end.
Once we’ve secured a room for you at your chosen resort, the next step is to book the right flights and work on your visa! We help you with both. We know the quickest entry points in and out of India and how best to get around. We also know how you can get through the visa process in the shortest time, with the least hassle. We’ll even fill-in the visa application for you!
