AYURVEDA
Dheemahi is, first and foremost, an Ayurvedic hospital with the ambience of a quiet boutique hotel, albeit with basic rooms. People come to Dheemahi for serious Ayurvedic treatment and panchakarma (detoxification). Each guest typically receives a minimum of two body treatments per day. Some packages include as many as four or five treatments per day, lasting 3-4 hours in total. The quality of Ayurvedic massages and other treatments at Dheemahi is very high. Moreover, the duration of treatment at Dheemahi generally exceeds what comparable centres offer. Dheemahi also has an extensive Ayurvedic pharmacy onsite.

YOGA
Yoga is practiced daily at Dheemahi, except on Sundays. The group yoga session is typically held in the evening at 5:00 pm. There are both indoor and outdoor yoga spaces. The best place to perform yoga is on the balcony at the back of the resort, which faces a beautiful sunrise in the morning. Private yoga instruction is available for a surcharge.

Food
Food at Dheemahi is based on Ayurvedic principles. Three vegetarian meals per day are served – breakfast at 8:00 am; lunch at 1:00 pm; and dinner at 7:00 pm – although timings may vary depending on your treatment schedule. If you are hungry between meals, seasonal fruits or rice porridge may be requested. Fresh juices are occasionally served. Herbal water is the standard drink with meals.
